- Court Installation

Consistent 5 mm Glass Gaps and Concealed Packers
Particularly on the panoramic courts, the team maintained a consistent 5 mm gap between glass panels and accurate alignment at each corner.
On the standard courts, small packers were concealed in the corners to support the glass in the areas most susceptible to settling.

Setting Out to Existing Fixed Points
We set out all 11 courts against the metal elements and drilled holes already in place, keeping each court precisely within the specified layout.
Two crews, one of two installers and one of three, completed the structural and glass installation in 24 days.
Technical Solutions

One-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation work carries a one-year workmanship guarantee.
The StarPoint Padel courts were installed between June and July 2026.

Zero Stoppages, Zero Rework
Across both the structural and turf stages, the installation was completed without stoppages or rework. Decisions were coordinated jointly, and the club opened on schedule.
Project Validation

Floor Correction During Turf Installation
During turf installation, the team identified uneven areas in the floor on several courts. Left uncorrected, these irregularities could have created dead spots where the ball does not bounce.
Our concrete specialist levelled the affected areas before turf installation continued.
A team of three then installed 2,200 m² of court turf and 1,440 m² of perimeter turf in 8 days, including the cutting and joining required across multiple separate perimeter sections.
