Sand keeps the bounce consistent, but it packs down over time and seams start to open. We de-compact the sand, brush the fibers, and reseam where needed, so the ball still bounces true.
Glass Clearances
Glass panels need room to shift with heat, cold, and wind. When that gap closes up, stress builds in the glass until a panel cracks. We recheck clearances and swap out worn spacers before that happens.
Fastener Torque
Every match pulls on the frame through the net posts. Bolts loosen a little more with each game. We test torque across the structure and bring it back to spec, so the frame stays as rigid as it was on day one.
