The Objective
FInstalling four zero-frame panoramic courts for a new franchise location, with no margin for error. The concrete slab had natural levelness variation, and a zero-frame glass system leaves no room to compensate after the fact. Every anchor point had to be dialed in before anything went vertical, and the entire perimeter glass envelope had to be secured without stress loads on the material.



Synchronized Dual-Lift Hoisting
The overhead steel frames were heavy. To bring them up safely over 12 mm tempered glass walls, we ran two Genie Lifts in sync. Even load distribution, no sudden contact, no point stress on the glass during the fastening phase. It's slower to set up, and the right way to do it.


Laser-Guided Corner Alignment
Before committing a single frame segment, we calibrated every corner junction using precision laser tools. Locking the 90-degree axis on the first pass meant all secondary frame elements landed naturally within factory tolerances — and a consistent 5.0 mm expansion gap was maintained across every pane junction throughout the build.
Technical Solutions

Zero Structural Drift
Post-installation load testing confirmed zero mechanical sway under full playing conditions. The facility meets all structural safety standards and is covered by our 1-year workmanship guarantee.

Sub-millimeter Accuracy
Using digital levels and structural laser targets, our team held a dimensional variance of less than 0.5 mm across all four panoramic systems, fully absorbing the 5 mm slab gradient without any frame deflection.
