The Objective
Assembling a newly designed, completely panoramic court system from the manufacturer without on-site factory support. The project required absolute dimensional accuracy to pass strict municipal athletic federation testing and prevent structural glass load errors during high-volume usage.
Precision Expansion Joints
Padel courts outdoors shift under wind and temperature changes. We maintained an exact 5 mm clearance gap between all perimeter glass panes to allow natural structural expansion and contraction without generating internal stress in the material.

Polymer Sealing Instead of Plastic Connectors
We bypassed the standard, low-durability plastic glass connectors. Instead, we aligned the heavy-duty tempered glass panels and sealed all vertical joints using high-modulus structural silicone. This distributed physical impact loads evenly across the glass wall and created an uninterrupted panoramic view.
Technical Solutions
10-Month Performance Check
During a scheduled inspection 10 months post-installation, we verified zero structural drift. The steel frame, alignment axes, and glass-to-metal clearances remained in perfect factory tolerance.
Precision Expansion Joints
The completed courts passed the stringent KIWA safety and performance audit on the first inspection. This officially certified the facility for international tournament play.
